What level of care do you provide?
We provide assisted living support for residents who benefit from help with daily routines, medication administration, and supportive supervision in a residential home setting. Our monthly rate is all-inclusive, allowing families to plan with confidence and avoid unexpected monthly changes.
Do residents need to bring personal care supplies?
In most cases, no. We provide personal care items and purchase products based on each resident’s preferences, ensuring comfort and consistency from day one.
If a resident prefers specialty items outside our standard offering, families may choose to supply them or approve the additional cost. Our goal is to make the transition simple while honoring individual routines and preferences.
Do you support residents experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes?
Yes. We can support residents experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes when appropriate based on assessment and individualized care planning. Support may include structured routines, reminders, cues, and supervision as needed.
What is the move in process?
The move-in process includes an assessment, required documentation, and individualized care planning prior to admission. We guide families through each step with clarity and attention to detail.
Because we serve a small number of residents, we are able to provide a thoughtful and personalized transition experience — ensuring both residents and families feel supported, prepared, and at ease.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Our monthly rate is all-inclusive and designed to simplify planning for families. It typically includes assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication administration by certified staff, meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry, daily routines and supervision, and incontinence care. We also provide common personal care items within reasonable use.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Homestead Estates is a private-pay assisted living residence and does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid programs.
Our small-home model allows us to provide highly personalized care and consistent staffing, supported through private funding. We are always happy to discuss pricing and what is included so families can plan with clarity and confidence.
