Min Dauer is the Founder and Executive Director of Homestead Estates Senior Living. With clinical training and hands-on experience in senior care operations, she remains actively involved in the daily management of the home, overseeing resident care, staff coordination, and safety protocols to ensure a high standard of care for residents and families.
